Did some testing with over 30 mins of LTE use. Mixed data (Spotify) and voice (standard call). The watch did get warmer, up to 31C on the front glass which was around 5 degrees more than when not using LTE. You could feel the heat but it did not overheat. EDIT: read my comment below :)
